SHIPPING AND RETURNS
🚚 Delivery times and reception conditions
Orders placed with Herbalinea are delivered within an estimated period of 1 to 3 business days, via the NACEX transport agency, for shipments within the peninsula.
These delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond Herbalinea's control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or any exceptional situation that prevents normal traffic by land, sea, or air.
Important:
If the order arrives with damaged packaging or shows visible signs of damage, the customer must expressly note this on the carrier's delivery note before signing for the delivery. In addition, the incident must be reported to Herbalinea within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt of the order, by calling 696 902 534, in order to process the corresponding claim with the transport company.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that claims for damage caused during transport will be accepted.
📦 Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with current e-commerce regulations.
✅ Return conditions
The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition, with its original packaging.
Returns of opened, used, or tampered with products are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
Natural products, herbal teas, teas, incense, and wellness items cannot be returned once unsealed.
❌ Excluded products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns are not accepted for:
Open herbal teas and teas
Used aromatic products, incense, or ritual items
Personalized items or items made to order
🚚 Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defect in the product attributable to Herbalinea.
In the event of a defective product or shipping error, Herbalinea will bear the corresponding costs.

It is essential to include a note inside the package with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
🚛 Pickup option with NACEX
Herbalinea offers home collection via NACEX for €7.95 (VAT included).
Process:
- Request collection using the button on the website.
- Fill in your details and make the payment.
- NACEX will collect your order within 24 to 48 working hours.
💳 Refunds
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
